What will you be doing?
- You supervise a team, maintain oversight on site, and actively contribute to the work.
- You motivate colleagues, ensure safe and efficient operations, and deliver sports fields used by thousands.
- You bring hands-on experience with artificial turf and a proactive mindset.

What does your job look like?
In summer, you’ll work long days and see a lot of Europe. In winter, things slow down a bit. There’s laughter in the van, hard work on the field, and a well-earned drink together afterwards 🍻. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that has been building top-quality sports fields for over 32 years.
